Good book well researched and for a specialized Niche subject. Quality of photos and paper in book are very good similar format to Luftwaffe classic colours publications.

A long overdue book, well researched and fills a gap in the history of aerial combat on extremely interesting subject. I can only hope that more on the subject of night fighters and the aircraft used are on their way.

Mr. Olrog did it again! I dare to say this would probably be the best Luftwaffe book of 2022. A perfect balance between the "nuts and bolts" section and the "operational history" section. The photo contents are simply amazing and, as a graphic designer and compulsive collector of Luftwaffe books, I must also praise the book design and illustrations. In the Chapter concerning the development of the Spanner infrared device I would suggest the inclusion of a photograph, easily found on the WEB, showing a Messerschmitt Bf 110 night fighter carrying the infrared lamp under the nose. Perhaps the best compliment to this book should be: it is very hard to find Luftwaffe books of such quality nowadays. Buy it before it goes out of print.
