“The book is an incredible source of Panther A production information however the main reason I purchased the book was for the CAD drawings included. They unfortunately do not include dimensions. This requires you to measure the drawings printed in the book by hand. Now I'm sure every effort was made to ensure they were printed onto the pages accurately but, the only way to be sure is to measure the real thing which I was hoping to avoid.”

“Panzerwrecks took over the Panzertracts imprint and the results speak for themselves. Good quality paper means photos and line drawings are razor sharp. Detail views in larger scales and developed plate drawings make this a superb reference for this vehicle. While I despise the regime that created it this book shows that they achieved a very effective battlefield weapon given the limitations of technology at the time. Many of these limitations are mentioned which makes a pleasant change from many publications. Why it was built is not covered in any depth nor should it be in a volume describing the design and engineering. There are many political books for the rest. A remarkable volume on a remarkable tank that punched well above it's weight all things considered.”
