“Your driver first loaded the pallet in vehicle and because of his fault the boxes tilt and he unloaded the pallet and said that i will come after an hour then i received invoice from palletonline that i have to pay extra for collection. Such a pathetic service won't ever will book it again.”

Hi Waqas, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I've had a look into this booking for you, and I can see that the driver arrived on-site to collect the goods, but the goods were not sufficiently wrapped for transit, so they were refused. Usually, in this situation, we would offer our pallet and wrap service, but as these goods are going to Amazon, we aren't able to offer this service due to their strict guidelines. Therefore, the driver had to move on as the goods were not ready for transit. As such, a small additional fee for re-collection was applied to your booking. I can see that the goods have since been collected and are on their way to your chosen fulfilment centre. It's extremely important, especially with goods that are going to Amazon, that items are appropriately stacked and secured to the pallet before they are moved to avoid any refusals, fines or additional fees. In conclusion, I'm very sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with us. We are the only pallet network approved by Amazon in the UK, and we retain the highest success rate in the industry, so issues like this are an extremely rare occurrence. I hope that you will give us another chance to demonstrate our usual, exceptional levels of service in the future. Best Regards, PalletOnline
