“I loved the look of these earrings however the quality is very bad. After wearing them twice, the earring broke into pieces after suddenly falling out of my ear. The customer service is just as bad as the quality of the earring though. Would definitely not recommend!”

Once again, we are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the product and our response. The resin is relatively fragile so it may break if dropped on a hard floor. However, we use good quality studs and rubber closures, which are amply strong for such light earrings. As a result, we don't consider that the breakage was the result of any fault with the product. When you informed us of the issue, you suggested that you were looking for help with the repair. That would always be our first thought as well, as repairing and mending has to be the most sustainable option. We provided some guidance on how the product could be repaired, which you are apparently not willing to attempt. I appreciate that you may have been hoping for a replacement but we simply don't consider that to be appropriate in this instance.
