“I bought some earrings. They arrived and I tried one one then put it back in the box. 3 days later I wanted to wear them and as I lifted them out of the box they both broke in exactly the same place. I wrote to complain to ask for my money back and have heard nothign. Avoid!”

“For the original creative idea, unique and artistic designs made from upcycled materials, and exceptional customer service, there are some companies that simply deserve a five-star thank you. I bought my first Paguro bracelet 6 years ago made from upcycled rubber, wore it virtually every day and received so many positive comments. It was my favourite piece of jewellery. On accidentally losing it last month I quickly ordered from the Paguro website a replacement in the same design which is just as beautiful as the first, and another as well. The items arrived promptly, packed with love and care. I cannot find fault where there is none. i”
