“As an eco-conscious vegan I have been a loyal customer of Paguro Ltd for years. I started with a small Paguro bag about 6 years ago (made from bicycle tyres) and recently realised it was time to get a bigger one (because in middle age I have a lot more to carry around!) The Jalan Upcycled Crossbody Sling Hobo Bag Black I upgraded to is perfect, big enough to carry around all my gubbins, but not so big you can't find things in it! My husband has a Paguro rucksack for work, and now my daughter has my old handbag, which is still going strong. Brilliant company.”

“Yen, with a large selection of her gorgeous, both practical and ethical, products had a kiosk at the Autumn Festival in Bath City centre (UK), a couple of days ago. It was the only kiosk whose wares I looked at… and looked at, kept gazing at…entranced…at the jewelry, bags, and various other items, all made from recycled materials (mostly truck tyres - the most intricate and gorgeous designs) or found objects, like coconut shell and calabash, by artisans around the world. There is something for everyone, female or male. Gorgeous, incredibly interesting, and very well made products that will enchant you and your loved ones for years to come… of that I am sure, such is the quality of the products. I bought a man bag for myself, made from ex-army tent material. It is of an excellent, manly and practical design... I also bought, for myself, a very small pouch made from truck tyres. It feels luxurious (not what you would expect from rubber!) and the texture from the treads (I guess) make it feel almost like crocodile skin… and no crocodile had to die to make it! I had originally been drawn to the very intricate necklaces and bracelets (thinking of presents for the dearest women I know), made from truck tyres, but then I saw the most gorgeous earrings (red or blue white spotted rays) made from dried calabash which are works of art! (I am a 74 year old retired professional artist, and I should know!) I did not buy them because the main person I was thinking of (my daughter-in-law) quite possibly wouldn't like that style. I loved them, but I was not going to buy them for me! Go on treat yourselves and/or your loved ones… Btw., I added the velcro strips to the man-bag either side of the popper/snap fastener, as when the bag is full or nearly full, the single popper forces the sides to turn up and look like wings flapping. With the Velcro this cannot happen. I went back the next day to show Yen that two popprs are required. She photographed my bag showing the issue and said she would get the issue fixed. I hope you do, Yen. I shall almost certainly be buying more products as gifts for special loved ones...and probably also for myself. OK...definitely for myself!”

“Fantastic ethos and products, had my belt for years and years, after so much use (and a little abuse) the buckle broke but Yen was nice enough to send me another keeping it going for (hopefully) decades to come, the rubber looks as good as new afterall.”
