Hi, sorry to hear you are not happy with the product Floratrex. You ordered on the 18th July and we sent it the same day, with a chill pack inside a bubble padded sleeve. The fact that you are in Lithuania is the reason it took a week to get to you. Floratrex can be kept outside refrigeration, but is advised to keep chilled for best results. There is no logistical solution for this other than the one we used.
