“I follow a healthy diet generally, am a 53 year old woman, slim build, genrally healthy but do have sensitive skin and a month or 2 ago had started getting a rash. The GP had diagnosed Urticaria and prescribed anti-histamine which I took a few times (with minimal effect) on days when the itching was unbearable. Other than that and not surprisingly the GP said there was nothing he could do. I predominantly avoid wheat or dairy and after playing around with my diet couldn't identify any allergens that had triggered the rash (although had just had new oak work surfaces fitted in my kitchen that I oiled with Danish Oil that some people have said may have been the cause and I was experiencing stress at work). I knew I needed to cleanse from the inside out and found the Liver Cleanse Kit. I've had colonics in the past but liked the idea of being able to do this at home. I did the Colon cleanse (using the oxy powders and lacto bacteria as instructions) 2 weeks prior to using Livatrex cleanse to minimise risk of healing crisis and skin getting worse. I then had some annual leave and committed to the Liver cleanse. I followed the diet plan 98% and am glad I wasn't at work as felt sometimes a little light headed and it was good to be able to take things easy at home. When I did go out I took all the necessary liquids with me and some walnuts (which although it doesn't say to I would recommend soaking for a few hours to 'activate' them). I felt colder than normal (did cleanse in January) so had to wrap up warm/light the wood burner on top of normal heating. I would definitely recommend giving yourself time in the morning if you are going to work) to ensure you have finished with the bathroom...although perhaps because I'd recently done just the Colon Cleanse and wasn't really eating much other than soup after day 2 it was very liquidy. Flush day and night - had been anxious about drinking the epsom and then olive oil - best advice is just to do it quickly. I found sipping a little fresh grapefruit helped get the oil down. I didn't sleep much the flush night - felt very awake so read etc. Numerous (I didn't count and only sieved small amount of faecal matter on 2 occasions) 'Stones' present for 2 days...some as big as a dried chick pea. Positives I experienced from this cleanse - more alert/focussed and more positive energy, stopped craving for anything sweet and have broken habit of tea and coffee and have increased the amount of water I drink each day (that I still add a little cider vinegar or lemon to). I have felt more conscious of what and how I eat and my skin rash/sensitivity has greatly improved. I am sure there are other benefits that I cannot directly feel. I have discontinued the Oxy powders but am continuing with the lacto-flora or alternative. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and will redo in a few months time.”
