“I paid for next day delivery DPD with my order as it was a birthday gift. I stayed in working from home to receive it, I checked onloine how long the driver would be, one minute it said mine was the next delivery and the next time i checked 5 minutes later it said that that the delivery driver couldn't find my address. I was working at my desk which has a view of the road and I'm fairly confident that no DPD van came along this road let alone made an effort to deliver it. I dd contact Oxygen and they did try to help me but they did not arrive on that day. In short, not necessariliy an error of Oxygen but poor choice of delivery provider, as this is the third time I've had the same problem with DPD via other deliveries.”
