“We are very pleased with the arbour. We also paid for the arbour to be assembled on a base which we had prepared. The only slight problem was that Shires changed the delivery date 3 days before it was due to be delivered. This was annoying as I had planned to be able to treat the timber once it had been erected before I went into hospital for a knee replacement. Because of the delay I had to pay somebody to give the arbour 2 coats of preservation stuff. However because of the delay the weather had improved and the arbour was assembled in perfect sunshine.”
