“Absolutely Excellent! I have resisted buying a Leatherman for many years, thinking they were overpriced. I've used Gerbers and even one made by Stanley, which is still going strong. But I was left a small some of money in a kind of legacy and wanted to have something that I would cherish, so bought a black oxide Surge for £85. It is the best multitool I've ever held in my hands. I'm an Electrician and carry it every day. I can honestly say it gets used each and every day at some point and never ever lets me down. I bought the leather holder, bit extender and bit kit. This makes the tool a little heavy, but it is just "so" useful now. I would heartily recommend this model (photo here is showing the old model at present), but do shop around. I love it. Definitely the "Glock" of multitools!”

“- Great features and very well built. - This is a solid heavy duty tool that is very handy for a range of tasks. - Value for money is very good with the item being in the sale - I have a Swiss Army knife and that is perfect for smaller tasks and easier to carry around in the pocket or on a lanyard. The Leatherman Surge is pretty heavy but this doesn't matter when it is attached to your belt. - Awesome product, highly recommend.”
