“Item (head torch) arrived but didn't work despite being well packed. I emailed to check returns process and was directed to the website. It wasn't clear how to sort out a free return, in fact I spent ages trying to get details. I gave up in the end and posted the item back at my own expense as I'd no more time to be navigate the website further.”
