“The service received was first class and the parcel arrived in good time and beautifully packaged. Because I have bought these shoes as a Christmas present, my partner has not yet seen them or tried them on. I have until 4 January to return them within 30 days, which I will do immediately after Boxing Day if necessary, but I'm hopeful they will be fine.”
