“I have also received other shoes and 5star rating but I have to say this is my favourite shoe the cherry and tan colours are stunning I'm not young but over the years I've got my favourite jeans shirts jackets jumpers etc Gant. g star raw . Barbour. Livi's . And so on oswin Hyde are definitely on my lists to shop . You don't lose money on quality products. Thay last and stay the test of time . Would like you to maybe have full leather soles?”

“Really great looking shoe. Very stylish and great value for money. Only niggle is that the heel has worn down incredibly quickly. Given I wear this in an office with carpets and only walk on pavements at lunchtime to grab a sandwich I’m disappointed how very quickly the heel has worn.”

“Shoes lasted less than 6 months and then the heel was completely ruined, not particularly durable if you want a reliable pair of shoes which will last. I tried to claim on my warranty but the customer service team are excruciatingly slow at responding and reluctantly accepted my claim. Once a replacement pair was sent out they had sent out a used pair of shoes with marks all over the leather and sole. I chased them up several times on this and finally when I got through they said they would not replace them again until I sent the shoes back so I’m now having to wait a further two weeks to have this issue resolved. Really poor service and quality from the team, very disappointed”
