“The first pair of suede Chelsea boots I bought had a mark down the whole of the right hand shoe so I got in touch with Oswin Hyde and they asked for photos of the issue and within 30 minutes they had sent me a return label I was given the option of money back or replacement item so within a week I had a replacement set of boots that are great”
