“Very clear instructions on how to install via the video link in the email. The only draw back is that the tube attached to upper end was glued and had to be shortened. Was a bit tricky to fit. Would have been easier to replace the tube as well. Other than that all good!! Working perfectly again”

“the instructions to replace the heating element were poor. a couple of stages were missed out. The whole process of changing the heating element is not designed to be easy.”

“This is a good product. Our first element needed replacing as it had suffered a ‘meltdown’ (pun intended) and 2 cables had literally melted. I shared my thoughts with Osmio and they were responsive. New element fitted - a bit fiddly but soryed”
