“Filters are fine. Customer service for the machine is lacking. We have owned our machine for 2 years. Recently, our machine goes about 3-4 days and then needs to be reset. I called and was told we need to purchase the flushing filters to clean the machine. We ordered them, then find out you don't have them. It's been 6 weeks, and still nothing. What I would like is to be sent a new machine and then I will return the old one.”

“Package and handling very good and was delivered on time However instructions for replacing and resetting the machine that are online doesn’t really work I have replaced the filters and all but i think my machine still thinks it has the old filters in so definitely you need to improve that aspect”
