“After using the system for just over two months, the TDS reading of the filtered water went up to be same as my tap water. I decided to change the filters so bought an Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis Replacement Filter Pack and I have to say it is not cheap. within few days after replacing the new set of filters, the system started showing issues. It would not filter at all and would keep asking to replace the water in the reservoir tank even though its just been changed. I almost sent the whole system back thinking it was a system fault. Luckily, I decided try out another new set of filter pack and this turned out to be working just fine. Summary, you could end up with FAULTY filter packs. Just giving two stars for the filter and three stars for the customer service because I was told that its not the system or the Filters Pack issue but the tap water problem which had high TDS reading and got told the accept the fact that nothing could be done other then install a whole house filtration system.”
