“Have recycled the kettle. Don't know that the temperatures the water can reach is right. The boiling water comes out below 100c but this is not a problem for me. Love that I am getting water without all the chemicals.”

“Great water filter, however it does not deliver anywhere near boiling water. The hottest (supposed to be 95 degrees) is bearly over 75 degrees.”

“Although the machine looks great, the water that comes out tastes so bad it’s not possible to drink it. (I flushed the system throughly three times before attempting to drink the water). When I complained (1 day after it arrived) I was told that this is what pure water tastes like and that I wouldn’t be able to get a full refund and that for a partial refund I had to return it within just 7 days. The whole setup is a bit of a scam if you ask me. If they know the water tastes so bad they should make this very clear to people in their website. But they don’t because they know people won’t buy it. It’s like they want you to buy it, knowing you’ll return it so they can keep part of your money as they don’t do 100% refunds.”

“The standalone unit itself was in perfect condition upon arrival - box was a quite damaged and scuffed i'm not sure if thats because its a repaired unit or it has been in storage for a while although it wasn't a problem. The unit has worked fine for a month so far - very easy to use and refill. The 1.5 litre tank fills up within a few minutes - its very quick. The different temperature settings work well and the hot water is instant. My only gripe would be the cost as I am disabled and it has impacted my monthly finances alot although I am not sure of the cost to build a unit like this. My doctor recommended to purchase a Reverse Osmosis Filter.”
