“The Sanitisation kit is essential for the Osmio Zero that I have. I wish I had realised that when I ordered it as I would have ordered at same time. Anyway after 3 months use the water filter started to play up. I contacted Osmio and they gave me the advice I needed and the kit has been great, you need to get some citric acid as well to clean the pipes and now all works well again. Needs a clean through every 3months and change filters ever 6months. Osmio were quick to get back to me and new what I needed to do ..very helpful. Thank you. Great customer service.”

“The whole system is amazing and uncomplicated. I used to have a reverse osmosis system under my sink. It was costly and I found it complicated. I love this machine. Wouldn’t be without it.”

“I ordered the installation sanitisation kit on June 2, 2023 and had to wait for two months for the delivery. I advise you all to order them two months before it is due to replace the cartridges.”

“1) I have not actually used this kit yet because it took so long to arrive that I completed the task using my existing filter set up, as you suggested. The order I think was placed in April and it arrived sometime in June. 2) You also sent two kits even though you said I only needed one and hence the order was changed but nobody inform the despatch department. Your courier DPD? then said the kit I returned to you was received by Ian whereas I would have thought the recipient should have been recorded as Osmio. After all, who is Ian? 3) Having said all that, the people who answered all my emails were very helpful.”

“Does exactly as it says on the tin, really quick and easy. Just makes sure you rinse thoroughly before you use. It took a couple more rinses to remove sterilizer properly.”
