“Despite what was said in specs on website before I bought the whole system and new tap too (at great cost including plumber), these filters only last two months at most and for it to last that long we have to have the water flow set pretty slow, as suggested by the Osmio customer support. They suggest it's because we live in a hard water area, like all of us down south methinks. So bitterly bitterly disappointed.”
