“it is a fabulous and innovative method for a constant supply of really clean water. The problems with the original version are now mostly fixed- it will pour a litre in one go without having to press the button constantly, there is cool water available if you leave the machine running but not when you first turn it on; there is some hydrogen in the water- but no way of knowing how much. One tankful will give you two litres of clean water then you have to empty the waste water and refill it. This kind of info is not included in the manual, which is not well written and leaves out a lot of information, some of which I have been able to work out. The numbers on the display panel are mystifying and I do not know what they mean. For whatever the reason the water tastes much better than from the earlier version. It is a great way to get decent water easily without plumbing, and the unit is attractive on the worktop with its blue light and bubbles. Please please get a properly detailed and comprehensive manual written by a copywriter rather than just a scientist, who is able to think of the needs if the user, and also the label affixed above the water tank is written in terrible English and makes zero sense”
