“We've had our machine a couple of months now after doing a lot of research and speaking to the Osmio guy, Mark, directly. (What a refreshing change to talk to someone who actually knows their stuff, rather than just reading from the box!). This was very easy to set up, literally rinse, plug in and fill up. We have found it so simple to make tea and hot drinks with the hot water function. We set one button up to 100o, for our convenience. The instant chilled water is brilliant; also ambient. Mark did advise us that the tank is heavy to manoeuvre when full and suggested that we consider having the plumbed in kit. He's absolutely right, 100%, it is heavy, so be aware of that in your decision-making. My husband can lift it but I can't. (We reuse the waste water which, if plumbed, would go down the drain ... unless you get creative with an outdoor water butt, I suppose!). I'm an old-fashioned girl and would have liked a paper manual, as I'm a non-techie with pdf's, but I believe that Osmio and/or the machine will tell me when it needs a filter change. Very pleased with our, no, make that "my", purchase. Even my husband had to admit that the water tastes so much better! (Late adopter!). I also bought some sets of filters at the discounted price for good economy. I was also very impressed that should there be future part failures, these can be replaced. Mark suggested that the life expectancy of this machine would probably be in excess of seven years, in any case. Recommended by us - I can't believe how much water we're drinking now!”

“I purchased this hydrolyzed water device and I can honestly say it has changed my life. The water is extremely pure and has a very pleasant taste, completely different from the bottled water I used to drink. You can really feel the quality and freshness in every glass. It is a device that truly deserves its price – not only does it provide clean water, but it has also made me drink much more water every day. I feel much better since I started using it. A big plus is that my 7-year-old child loves this water as well, which means a lot to me. I highly recommend this product!”

“I love the instant hot and chilled water features. And knowing we're drinking purified water gives us peace of mind, too. (We live in an area where the water is fluoridated.) I originally bought the Zero, but changed my mind and swapped it for the Fusion. Mark and the team at Osmio were very helpful throughout the whole process. Great machine. Great company.”
