“Unfortunately I had to purchase this item because of the mistake you made in my previous order. I had ordered 4 reverse osmosis packs for hard water but upon receipt of parcel found there was 5 of one type of cartridge and 3 of the other. your staff were very polite and asked me to send photo image so that correction could be made. Unfortunately I do not have the technology to do this, neither do I have a printer to print the label to send wrong item back. So in the end I had to re purchase the correct item in order to make my sets complete. I did not find this very satisfactory service, especially because the fault lay with yourselves and I was the innocent party.”

“Absolute rubbish. Last no more than a month. Company blames hard water, and uses this excuse a lot. I’m stuck with Osmio as I’ve invested in a Zero machine and 5 year warranty, which are also absolute trash. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole, if I had a choice again.”

“Incredible customer service, so glad I found this company. I had a new membrane filter that was broken when I opened it, I contacted them and a replacement was delivered the next working day, a hassle free service, no chasing them for reply and I was kept updated from start to finish via email. I truly feel Osimo Water care about their customers, a rare trait these days. I’m grateful for my clean water and hydrogen bottle from a trusted source, thanks.”
