“The water tastes nice which is the main thing! I didn’t find the instructions totally clear to set it up. I had some extra pieces of rubber which confused me. You have to tighten it strongly so it doesn’t leak. There is a remnant of water at the bottom under the tap which I find myself rinsing out. I’d prefer not to have to take it apart as there is nowhere stable to leave the top part. But after years of wanting a water filter I’m pleased to finally have this.”

“For minths I’d been contemplating which water filter to buy and finally settled on Osmio. One of the main reasons was the integrity of the company and the work that’s going on behind the scenes with Parkinson’s. They are having amazing results with oxygen therapy. “You may not realise that I returned the filter system? I was excited to find a glass tank one with a stainless steel tap but on unpacking the system, I discovered that the wooden lid was lined with plastic (something I had not understood). The wood/bamboo lid with a marine finish and a rubber seal would have been great. But really didn’t want plastic on the inside of the tank. The whole system looked lovely and the filtration capsules were certainly very efficient sounding. Thank you for all your help in a very prompt refund.”
