“Functional but not too ergonomic. Glass jug is unsteady and only have jubilee clip style straps which I don’t hold much hope for the long run so always pick up with both hands without the handle. Difficult to pour due to this too as you have to hold the lid tight to not get water everywhere. Note the design is for side-by-side set up and we have limited space so is awkward to get the jug in front of the machine on our worktop. Overall though it’s great value for its function and is easy to use and clean. Took 15 runs to eliminate the metallic taste but that’s expected going from tap water to pure water. Definitely leaves a lot of residue which we clean out every time with citric acid keeping it spotless.”

“From the image on your website, I ordered a distiller, believing it not to be a digital one, but my customer has let me know that it is. This is embarrassing, since we do not recommend digital distillers. In our experience they are not as robust as the simpler kind.”
