“Sam and the Osmio team was brilliant from start to finish. They were very helpful and patient in answering my questions. They made the process of returning the machine super easy, and kept me updated with the progress of the service. The machine came back working like new and the software was updated. Then I had another issue with machine and they continued providing their support until the problem was resolved. Thank you and I would recommend using this service!”
