“The bottle is easy to use and very handy as I can take it anywhere as it is portable. It is early days as to say whether the hydrogentated water is helping with my arthritis which was why I invested in this bottle. After looking at medical case studies the pockets of data so far looked promising for arthritis hence my purchase of the bottle However I have to say that I have seen an improvement with Restless Leg Syndrome, could be placebo/coinicidene but this wasnt the reason for my purchase so not even on my radar that this may improve also. I usually suffer with it every evening but this has reduced significantly to where I have been RLS free for a good 2-4 days out of 7 without/less twitching.”
