“Apart from reviewing the product I wanted to praise the service from this company. I got into a pickle trying to change filters and run the sanitation which is actually very simple, I just "had a bit of moment" and didn't quite know what I was doing! One of the things I love about this company is that you pick up the phone and a real person answers it and talks you through any issues. By the way the product is also excellent.”

“We’ve had the filter unit for many years and we’ve had no problems at all, touchwood. We have lead pipes coming into our house as they are Victorian and for this reason we couldn’t possibly do without the filter system.”
