“A very good looking tap and much easer to use than the triflow it replaced. The only thing that is less convenient is the ease of detatching and replacing the hose which needs a little more effort (The previous one was magnetic) but on the whole it is a great improvement.”

“It’s an expensive tap so I expected it to be top quality compared to the one it replaced costing 1/6 of this one. However, it has a number of issues. 1.) The fitting are not compatible with typical isolator flat tap fittings, they are compression, so I had to re-plumb all my connections. 2.) The reach measurement on the website is misleading as it’s the only one shown edge to edge vs centre to centre (line all the others). This means it only a reach of 24cm vs 27cm as the website suggests. Better than my old tap, but still too short for my sink. 3.) The nozzle attachment leaks, I found a washer to seal it as none was supplied, but now the tap protrudes from its fitting and is no longer flush. After several very frustrating emails with their "support" I finally got the washer, there is stilla gap but its smaller. 4.) When I removed the nozzle I found scrap bits of blue plastic, so it's either not been cleaned properly before assembly, or its second hand. All in all not great for something this expensive and their customer support stance that everything must be my fault was not helpful. Especially their 48h return/complaint window which contravenes the Online consumer contract 2013 act. However they did send the washer in the end.”
