“The PediSpiker is not fit for purpose. It is very small so unsuitable for wide feet. It is also very thin and flexible and therefore completely useless if you have high arches as it just bends and doesn’t even touch the bottom of the foot. A very disappointing product! I even took it to my NHS physio to see if there was a technique to it but he agreed that it is too thin, soft and bendy to be of any use. I’ve gone back to using a lacrosse ball.”

“I'm so glad I found this. Its much better than those traditional foot roller balls. This gets right into the tissue. Feels amazing. Great invention. You can even put it in the freezer.”

“I suffer quite badly from Plantar Fasciitis, I find this foot roller combined with Orthotix night splints and stretching exercises help me keep the pain under control. As yet I haven't found a complete cure. My biggest issue is that my pet labrador thinks they are dog toys, so far he's chewed two of them so they aren't dog proof !!!”
