I wish I’d bought the small size initially as the medium doesn’t fit the joint as well and causes discomfort. They say to use the measurements of the girth of your hand and if in between to go larger. This didn’t work for me.

Reasonably comfortable, smaller than my last one, which is no bad thing, the velcro straps are a little annoying as they end up on the outside of your hand and can catch clothing etc. Overall, quite acceptable.

Have ordered correct size (small) according to the site's measurement chart, but my thumb is obviously a strange shape, so the splint does not fit as firmly as I would like. Once the plastic has warmed and moulded to my hand the splint is more comfortable, and although it does not totally immobilise the basal thumb joint (which I thought it should, for arthritis of that joint) it does restrict movement of that joint so overall I can use the upper thumb joints whilst remaining relatively out of pain lower down.
