“I bought the large size after measuring my wrist/hand. My measurements are just on the upper limit for size 1 & lower limit for size 2. I have to fasten the wrist strap as far as it will go & it’s a little loose but the thumb part fits well. It is definitely immobilising my thumb which is what’s necessary.”
