“Dog walker of 5 miles a day, past 6 months had problem with Achilles tendinitis, and getting so walking was getting really uncomfortable, had been doing exercises recommended online. Ordered these as heel was better when I tiptoed.so thought I would try them to give that effect. Within one day of these heel lifts in my walking boots, improvement was 80%, cannot believe the difference and I will be ordering more pairs forother shoes. I ordered SMALL and I am a size 5/38 shoe.”

“I use these inserts for Achilles tendonitis. They're much firmer and better quality than other similar products and also stay in place! I like that they are firm as they provide good support.”

“Good quality, the firm density is hard wearing but still comfortable. Prevents the pain caused by achilles problems. Very efficient and quick delivery.”
