A good, simple to use solution which meets my personal requirements in compensating after a hip replacement. The firm pads last well too.

I suffer from Scoliosis developed over the past two years thanks to incompetence and delays in the NHS. Only used twice so far and seems to be OK and helps over a short distance. Have walked approx 500m on two occasions. I use it to even up my right leg a bit. I am using the two layers and found it quite difficult to seperate the various layers and I am strong. The glue is very strong also and I was in fear of ripping the whole thing into pieces. Using a blade, screw driver or any edge seemed too dangerous so I had to use finger nails. Is there a recommended and simple way of separation?
