“I wear it and socks over it and slippers . My issue started 20 years ago when playing badminton bearfoot, my foot hit the other toe and the nail popped out. I walked putting weight on the bone holding the toe and bunion appeared over the years and the other foot mirrored the left foot. This sleeve helps to move the weight onto the toe. I am not wearing it when I go to sleep.”
