“Really good service. Ordered the large as hip measure is 104 and still manage to wear a a pant underneath. So all in all well pleased hErnie kept in place and pain free.”

“These pants are very helpful if you suffer with inguinal hernias. Just bed careful in selecting the right size. A tip here might be to try a size larger than suggested. The compression is quite strong so I usually find that the extra space makes for a comfortable wear. Once you have checked this you will find these pants hard wearing and comfortable, allowing you to continue with your daily activities. A really good purchase every time.”

“Sizing is difficult. Even with the advice to order a size larger than measurements, Ithey are uncomfortably tight. Also, with the pad inserted it is not possible to be very active eg cycling”

“Excellent product, works well and very comfortable. Prompt delivery. Only improvement could be the ability to be able to purchase single pads as I don't have a hernia on both sides although reversing the pads does still work! Overall, excellent would recommend and buy again.”

“Even without the inserts these provide excellent support. While working or exercising these remove the worry that things will get worse. For me, a good investment. Also very well made.”

“Great product just make sure you order the right size,I am always medium so ordered a large one for comfort.Was just far too small,bought an extra large that is spot on hope this will save you making an expensive mistake”
