“Once we decided to take the advice of ordering a size up, it was straightforward and delivery came within two days, so very promptly. It fits perfectly even though the pads were substantial in size to what my husband was used to. It is certainly a quality garment and he Is pleased we ordered it.”

“Excellent product! - tight, but then they have to be, and very supportive. Alleviated my inguinal hernia pains almost immediately - I've yet to use the pads as they are working just fine for me without and hopefully will see me through intill I can go to Europe for mesh-free surgery. I now just get on with my day and don't even think about them or my hernia. Some discussion in reviews as to best size - I was on the low side of large and they are perfect. Not cheap but worth every penny - Bonus is that they look like regular underware not a surgical device - minor downside is that you really need two pairs to alternate as if they don't dry overnight they can't be tumble dried. Overall however very pleased - Highly recomended.”

“These make all the difference to being active and mobile. These briefs are probably a tiny bit less supportive than the boxer short version, but also allow you to move more and are more comfortable sitting down. Adding the support pads increases the level of support for longer walks etc. I was at the smaller end of large when measuring and the large size fit well”

“Can just get the support on, sizing is terrible. Mu hop size was near the lower end of the large range so I thought it best to go for a large size even though you mention sizes are on small size. Support is good but with being so tight uncomfortable.”

“Purchased a pair of briefs for my husband who has been incapacitated due to his recent hernia. Instant relief the minute he put the briefs on ! He’s delighted. Measured for a large and the fit is perfect. Considering buying a second pair. Well worth the price.”
