“5 stars. I was recommended this product by a friend of mine who has been using these for the last five years. They arrived promptly the following day. Sadly, to my dismay, (and my wife's humour), they barely got past my knees! Unfortunately, I had taken my friend's advice - based on their own experience - and had failed to notice the sizing advice given in the size guide on the Orthotix website. After revisiting the website, heeding the warning that sizes run small and calculating that I actually needed a size large, I returned the item for exchange to a larger size. The returns procedure was easy, clearly explained in the documentation sent with the item, and freepost. I mailed the original item with the returns form on Monday and received my new size large three days later. The new item fits perfectly, the service has been outstanding and the only error in the whole process was my own. Thank you Orthotix”
