“Love our flush casement Alu windows, exude quality only let down by the reseller getting the glass sizes wrong several times and the constant chasing required to get anything delivered. ditto for the Bi-folds love them. Warranty period made the decision easy.”

“These windows should come with child restricting hinges as opposed to latches (which I would argue are not really child proof) which need to be fitted to the frame by drilling holes which rather ruins the nice aluminium window frame - Much cheaper UPV windows have these hinges so why don't Origin? Nick”

“Marie was excellent from start to finish, but was let down a little by some of her colleagues in the sales department who dragged their heals a various points along the process. That said, once the deal was done the company have been excellent. The doors and window have been in for a few weeks now and look and operate great.”
