“Blinds arrived the wrong length. I was told I would have to reorder and pay 50% to get them sent at the correct length. Useless!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience ordering from us. We’ve spoken to our Customer Service team and it appears that the wrong size type was entered when the order was placed on our website. Unfortunately as we made the blind to the specification we were given we are not able to offer a free of charge replacement, but offered a 15% discount as a gesture of good will against a replacement blind.
