“It took almost 2 weeks for the blinds to be delivered but they are custom made to fit my recess. Ordered two blinds on the same order to sit side by side. Both the same (except controls on opposite side). Blinds received rolled in opposite ways so one had a seam at the front and one at the back. Telephoned to advise but had to send pictures, took a couple of days before they agreed one needed to be re-rolled. I am appreciative that the blind will be re- rolled to match its neighbour. Blind collected quickly by courier. However, it will take almost two weeks to send the blind back! It isn’t my error that the blinds were made differently but it will be almost a month from order before I will receive my blind.”
