“The blinds were ok quality wise but the company got the measurements wrong. I asked for the a blind width measurement but got that number applied to the case holding the roller instead. It meant the blind was off by 3 cm. It isn’t shockingly off when hung so I didn’t send them back but the error was disappointing. Probably won’t be using again for that reason.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. I’ve had a look at our system and it appears that when ordering you advised that your measurements were ‘blind size’ which means it will include the fittings as advised in the pop out guide. If you do wish to order any more blinds in the future please select ‘fabric size’ in the measurement type, then we will cut the fabric to fit your provided sizes and the fittings will be in addition to your measurements.
