“Summary: ordered blinds, they still haven't shown up despite a dispatch notice two weeks ago and several calls (and an email) to Order Blinds who say they'll get back to me and never do. Initial interaction with the site/company was good. Ordered samples and they were dispatched quickly. The samples looked good and where sufficient to base a decision on. On April 26, I placed an order, and felt that the messaging on the site was clear that delivery would take longer than usual, given the present circumstances. All fine. On May 19, I receive an email that the blinds have been dispatched. Great! They don't show up for a week. There is always someone at the house, and neighbours who are always in too. On May 26, I call to ask what's happening with the blinds. They say they'll investigate and get back to me by phone or email. No one contacts me. On May 27, I think maybe they are better at resolving issues via email, so I email them. No one has replied to the email. On May 29, I call again. This time they say that they aren't dispatching the blinds themselves, but another supplier is. They'll contact them to see what's happening and then contact me. No one contacts me. On June 2, I call again in the morning. This time they first say that they asked the supplier what's happening but the supplier didn't reply. Then they say they did reply and that the blinds were returned to them, but they don't know why. They'll contact the supplier and get back to me. I ask them to please contact me even if the email/call is to say "we tried [thing] and it's not resolved yet, we'll do [action] next." They say they understand. It's 4:30pm and no one has gotten back to me. So, here I am £232.21 down, nothing covering the windows because we moved in last week and this order is god knows where, and I get to keep phoning them every day I guess? I'll update this review if I can should the blinds ever arrive.”
