“Having placed the order on 17th January and an order confirmation email, we received a further email 0n 8th February telling us the order had been dispatched. That's it. No idea when it is scheduled for delivery or how it is being sent. This is the only company so far I have used in a long time that does not automatically advise when delivery will take place and how the courier will contact me if necessary. At the time of writing, despite being asked to carry out a review, the blind has not been delivered and I don't know when it will arrive.”

As standard we will send a confirmation email once an order has been placed followed by a despatch confirmation when the order is shipped, followed by an email with the tracking information once received from the courier.
