“Please be cautious, Roman blackout blinds not truly as advertised. The manufacturing process leave small track marks at regular intervals on the blind allowing light to filter through. Only found out once fitted and at no point when placing order online. Contacted customer services, and response was they try to make it obvious to customers, and provided a screen shot of a pop up box on the help section. Have purchased other blackout Roman blinds from other company’s with no such manufacturing issues/ defects. Looks rubbish when the blind is closed. Money wasted. Really disappointed as the pattern, material, and fitting is good quality.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your order, we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your roman blind. We have taken your comments on board and spoken to some colleagues at other blind manufacturers and have been advised of a solution to the issue of light coming through the stitch holes. We aren't able to remove these stitches as that would stop the blind from functioning, but from now on will be covering the holes on the back of the blind with small pieces of fabric held in place with upholstery tape. In order to resolve the issue with your blind that has already been delivered, we will today be sending you a strip of fabric with the upholstery tape attached. When it arrives you can simply cut the strip with scissors to the size needed and peel off the backing to expose the adhesive, then place them over the stitch holes on the back of the blind to cover them. Again thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and we hope the solution above will resolve the issue you are experiencing.
