“A very good course and easy to access. Just a downside of having to pay £9.99 for the certificate which is totally understandable for a hard copy but then another £9.99 for the course transcript, not everyone can afford and is able to purchase both which therefore makes it a bit difficult of showing proof to work settings of what content was covered during the course. I would consider on studying another course from Oplex careers if the course transcript was included within the charge of the certificate.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. In regard to the cost of a certificate/transcript, this includes the administrative fee, materials and shipping fees. The hard copy of a transcript will also include the PDF copy, or you can just buy the PDF copy for £7.99. “I have payed and applied for my Certificate and I still did not received it during 3 weeks!!!!! I completed all course and passed all tests.”
