“I understand that the offer is unbelievably cheap. However, language like this needs clear pictures and videos. Unfortunately, it is a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even someone who is as desperate as I am to learn from it.”

“I know BSL (my daughter is profoundly deaf and has been since birth) so for 18 years I’ve been signing. I was taught sign by a deaf lady who used to come to deaf children’s families to teach them. I don’t hold a “valid certificate” for BSL so I decided to do my level 1,2 and three and get the certificates from this site. However, a small number of signs on this site are wrong. I signed the Wrong Signs to my deaf teen and even she didn’t know the sign. So, all in all, the BSL here is, I would say, Ok but not factual.”

“It’s a really good course, as I already learn BSL at work it really extended my knowledge of it! I wouldn’t say it teaches you a lot of signs though, the signs are shown as pictures and it’s really difficult to tell how to actually sign it, luckily enough a lot of the signs it was showing I already knew otherwise I would’ve been struggling a little bit. However, it was really helpful with explaining how sentences are structured etc. I got this course in the sale for £34, if you can get it cheap I would recommend but I think I would’ve been unhappy if I had’ve paid the RRP price of £579.99. Also, I thought it would be separated into Level 1 qual, then level 2 and then level 3 but once you buy it it appears as “British Sign Language Level 3” and that’s how it appears on the certificate aswell.”
