“Very poor service as ordered hard copy on th 15/4/19 and as of the 26/04/19 had still not received it. Seeing as the website said 1/3 working days, even due to bank holidays this length of time was not anticipated”

Hi Stephen, sorry to hear you are not entirely happy so far. We have emailed you several times, it may be that they are going straight to your junk/spam folder. We cannot seem to locate your Final Assessment results in order to progress your certificate. Please feel free to call in if this is easier, or reply back to any of our emails.
