“I was misled in to thinking the only way to obtain the certificate was to purchase one at £9.99. After I made this purchase I was then able to download one. I haven’t received this hard copy one yet I’m being asked to write a review. I hope for £9.99 there is a certificate in the post however it’s not needed and didn’t want to pay for this when it can be downloaded.”
