“i have paid for my hard copy certificate since 14th of May when it was clearly stated that i will get the certificate after 3working days, i am yet to get my certificate. I rang the office line to make an inquire about the certificate, no response, I dont want to believe this is a scam.”

“I purchased my hard copy certificate on the 2nd of September. I was advised I will receive it after 1-3 days, 7 days later there has been nothing in post. The number provided is not reachable at all. Extremely poor customer service I have experienced”
